Our FREE HENRY course is coming to West Bromwich Community Centre this September. The course is aimed for parents with children aged 5 years and under and supports parents with emotional well-being, nutrition, physical activity, portion sizes, screen time, managing challenging behaviours and how to look after yourselves.
